Oak in the garding Exquisit is the Elite of the oak wood. Only 1% of the production quantity confirm to the strict regulations for this grading. In principle we only us strips with rifts and halfrifts. Because of this reason the floor is very stable and "works" only very little. This is very usefull when you lay the fllor on an underfloor heating. The strips are without knots and sapwood. Only very unobstrusive knots are sporadicly allowed.
